Private Lessons are exactly what they are called, private 1 on 1 instruction. These lessons are open to all ages, all levels and all abilities. The instructor will meet each student where they are and create a completely individual and personalized plan of instruction that best meets the needs of the student to help them learn and grow in the water. Both instructors who will be teaching private lessons have experience with all ages, levels and special needs.
30-minute lesson
Parent-Tot is a fun low pressure way to introduce your youngest swimmers to the water. Children, accompanied by a parent will work through teacher led activities that both engage the mind and enforce early water safety skills. They will learn safe pool entry, backfloats, how to safely submerge under the water then rollover to get a recovery breath, and more, all through songs and games! Reusable swim diapers are required.
40-minute lesson
Our Beginner lessons are for children who have very little or no water experience, they might be afraid and need gentle guidance towards water comfort, or might be completely comfortable but just haven’t built the basic swimming skills quite yet. Led by experienced instructors your child will learn comfort in the water and foundational swimming skills such as submerges, front and back floats, rollover breathing and how to fall in and swim back to safety.
40-minute lesson
Intermediate swimmers are students, who have mastered the basic foundation of learning to swim: completely comfortable in and around the water and submerging, front and back floats, rollover breathing and basic kicking. They are ready to start turning those basics into actual swim strokes. Your child will learn proper freestyle and elementary backstroke technique, practice swimming in the deep water, and be introduced to more complex skills like side breathing, diving and dolphin kick.
40-minute lesson
In Advanced, your child has already built a great foundation of swimming and now we are ready to refine their strokes and build endurance. They will work on advanced freestyle and backstroke technique as well as being introduced to butterfly and breaststroke. Diving and treading water are also important skills to master at this level. When your child has graduated from this level they will be more than ready to join the swim team!
40-minute lesson
Teen/Adult lessons will be engaging, informative and fun! Whether you are 15 and want to work on endurance to pass the lifeguard class, 35 and want your technique corrected or 72 and never stepped foot in a pool before. These are the classes for you! We will meet each student at their level and build a personalized plan to help guide towards and ultimately achieve your own personal goals!

Hello, I'm Esther! I have a passion for helping children build confidence, safety and a love for the water. I have extensive experience in working with babies, toddlers, and beginning swimmers, however, over my 19 year career as an instructor, I have enjoyed working with all ages and levels, including adults and swim team! I take pride in creating a fun, patient, and encouraging environment for every student. As a mom of four very active kids, I understand the importance of water safety, trust, and making learning enjoyable for all involved. Outside of teaching swim, I stay active in the community and enjoy spending time outdoors camping, hiking, reading, homeschooling, and playing board games with my husband and kids.
